What happens after the three months free hosting?
Hosting continues at R149 a month, which covers keeping your site online, your email running, security updates and daily backups. There’s no contract — cancel whenever you like and we’ll hand over your site and domain.
Do I own the website?
Yes, once it’s paid for in full. On the payment plan that means after the third payment. From that point the site is yours, and your domain transfers into your own account whenever you ask — no exit fee and no argument.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. R3,000 or R4,500 covers the build, the domain for a year, your email accounts and three months of hosting. After that it’s R149 a month for hosting. The only other cost is if you ask us to change something later, which is R250 per request and always quoted before we start.
How does the payment plan work?
Three equal payments, one a month. The first starts the build, the second releases your site for review, and the third takes it live and transfers ownership to you. Same total price either way — no interest and no extra charge for splitting it.
How long does it take?
About two weeks for a 3-page site and two to three for a 5-page site, from the day we have your content. The main thing that slows it down is waiting on photos and logos.
Can I update the website myself?
Not directly. Your site is hand-coded rather than assembled in a page builder, which is part of why it loads fast and why nothing breaks. Send us a WhatsApp with what you need changed and we’ll handle it. Minor text and image changes are R250 per request — send several in one message and it’s still one fee.
What if I don’t have a logo or photos?
Not a problem, and it’s more common than you’d think. We use good stock photography and can set you up with a clean text-based logo to start with. Plenty of businesses launch that way and sort the branding later.
Do you work with businesses outside Cape Town?
Yes — we work with businesses across South Africa. Most of the process happens over WhatsApp and email anyway, so where you are makes very little difference to how it runs.
